Art on the Avenue Auction & Party

Art on the Avenue is the city’s largest silent charity art auction, featuring original works from more than 250 local artists. Proceeds benefit Avenue’s programs building affordable homes and strengthening communities in Houston.
Art on the Avenue is comprised of two signature evenings. The VIP Preview Party on Thursday, November 1 gives guests an exclusive first look and opportunity to bid on artwork prior to the main Auction and Party on Saturday, November 3.
Attendees that purchase tickets to the Thursday party also receive admission to Saturday’s event.
The 2018 Preview Party is hosted by Chris Silkwood and Kelly SImmons and includes art-inspired gourmet bites curated by Shepard Ross, and live music from Moodafaruka.
Dj G-Funk will take the music reins for the Saturday night party that you do not want to miss! Food + Drink are included in your Saturday admission.
Gus Kopriva, Owner of Redbud Gallery, will serve as guest juror and curator of the main gallery.
Fady Armanious of Tootsie’s and Bill Baldwin of Boulevard Realty are the Honorary Chairs of the Saturday Auction & Party.
