Houston Press is excited to host the 8th Annual Artopia on Saturday, January 30, 2016 from 8PM-11PM at Winter Street Studios (2101 Winter Street).
Artopia is a celebration of Houston Culture & Art that incorporates food, drink, art, music and fashion into one evening. This one-night fete celebrates the exciting, vibrant Cultural scene in Houston. It’s a sensory overload full of culture, fashion, visual arts, performing arts and so much more.
It’s an event with a cause as the Houston Press is awarding local artists with monetary grants for service to the Arts and the Community. These individuals were chosen from a panel of local cultural denizens, philanthropists and community-organizers. Houston Press will donate over $6,000 in grants to our MasterMind Awards winners. The winners will be featured as that week’s cover story of the Houston Press and will be honored at the event on January 30th.
