We were each given something that William felt was fitting. He gave me a book called Q.E.D. and I loved it! All full of mathematical proofs and geometries I hardly understand. Now each of us have made artworks that are inspired by those gifts and Billie made it into a show.

This is what happened:

These beautiful photos by Janet Roe are from the collector preview night. My piece did sell the next day, during the public showing and I was very grateful for that. The show closed on Sunday. I was very happy and proud to be at this event and to have spent some time with my father learning about the equations behind my latest piece featured at the top:

“Cutting Squares” 20″x 20″ acrylic, graphite and ballpoint pen on canvas, SOLD.
